Join Brian and Gail under the garden canopy for two new yoga classes in the fresh air.

Yoga Nidra – Tuesdays 17.15-18.00 – Nidra, referred to as ‘Yogic Sleep’. This session is a guided form of meditation and practiced lying down, making it an accessible form of meditation for those who may struggle with traditional seated practices. Deeply relaxing, Nidra has been linked to improvements in cognitive function, an increase in confidence, and improved sleep.

Yoga Mixed Level – Wednesdays 7.30-8.30 – Start your day with this Hatha based Yoga class that encourages all levels to get involved, as modifications are supplied.

These classes will run for 4 weeks:

Yoga Nidra – 12th, 19th, 26th September; 3rd October

Yoga Mixed Level – 13th, 20th, 27th September; 4th October

Booking can be made up to 9 days in advance. Both classes cost £7 (included in Diamond Plus and Diamond Class memberships).
