Our Place West Wight

Our Place West Wight run volunteer-led community sessions  with support from local organisations that offer FREE drop-in chat and support sessions and activities for anyone of any age and in any circumstance. We offer safe environments to access support and advice or simply to chat over a cuppa.

We can signpost you to other groups or organisations too if appropriate.

Mondays – Totland:

A Welcoming Space for everyone in West Wight

Looking for a place to connect, relax, and access support? Join us at our FREE community drop-in sessions, open to all ages and every circumstance. Whether you’d like advice, a chat over a cuppa, or simply a friendly space to unwind, we’re here for you.

What’s on offer?

  • Chat and support: Friendly volunteers and local organisations are ready to help or connect you to the right people.
  • Fun activities: Enjoy a game of pool, meet others in the community, and explore what’s happening locally.
  • Free bread and cakes: Pick up some surplus goodies donated by local supermarkets, helping reduce food waste.
  • Guest organisations: Access tailored advice and support from different groups throughout the month—check our list below for updates!

The newest Our Place session started up following feedback form the community looking for more activities to take part in locally. Run by our volunteer team we have sessions including arts and crafts, reminiscence, exercise, games and more. Have ideas about what else we could do? Let us know.
