Dance Fit is a feel good exercise class which incorporates many forms of dance, with a variety of tracks that provide a range of intensities.
Dance Fit provides an effective and balanced workout, utilising most muscles in the body and exercising the mind at the same time. It’s also a great way to express emotion, effectively relieving tension and stress.
While you’re having fun moving to the music and meeting new people as well as catching up with old friends, you’re getting all the health benefits of a good workout.
