Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is a great way to mix up a traditional workout with the benefits of water. It gives you a good cardiovascular workout whilst also strengthening and toning your muscles. The support of the water greatly reduces the risk of muscle and joint injuries, whilst improving your flexibility. As well as being a great workout, it’s a fantastic stress reliever too!

Shallow/Transitional water class. A workout using hand-buoys and woggles for resistance.
Monday 20.00-21.00 DEEP WATER Deep water class which will challenge your balance and core stability using buoyant belts or ankle cuffs.

Wednesday 11.00-12.00

Wednesday 19.00-20.00 DEEP WATER Deep water class which will challenge your balance and core stability using buoyant belts or ankle cuffs.
Thursday 12.00-13.00 SHALLOW WATER Shallow/Transitional water class. A workout using hand-buoys and woggles for resistance.
Friday 12.00-13.00 SHALLOW WATER Shallow/Transitional water class. A workout using hand-buoys and woggles for resistance.
