HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training is fast and furious and guaranteed to give you a challenging all-over body workout. HIIT combines short, high-intensity bursts of speed interspersed with slow recovery phases. Adaptable to suit all abilities and fitness levels.
During the Summer, sessions take place out on the field; and during the Winter, sessions take place in the sports hall.
