Functional Strength focuses on developing strength in multi-joint movement patterns that are used in everyday life. The sessions are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner using a series of exercises using free weights and your own bodyweight. Each class includes a variety of strength exercises with a focus on good form and control to target the whole body.
