Brian Meredith 

Brian loves seeing people glowing with happiness after some careful exercise. A strong, flexible body can bring inner serenity, so, open up your Yogic Toolbox! He has been practising Yoga for about 35 years and teaching it for the last 15. British Wheel of Yoga Teacher
