Ballet class is created for anyone to have a go, whether you are a beginner or revisiting something you haven’t done for a while. This class consists of a barre section where you will learn the basic technique and foundations of ballet as well as a section in the centre where we combine some steps together. This low impact class will not only test your body but your mind too.
