Body Fit is a whole body workout focusing on improving core strength, posture and flexibility, using a combination of pilates, Barre work out, yoga fit, stretching and relaxation.
Body Fit involves performing a wide range of movements, using your bodyweight and small dumbbells as well as resistance bands and Barre work. The combination of movement and exercise types challenge the body in a unique way.
