Being fit means much more than just physical exercise – we have activities and classes that will improve your mental, social, and emotional health and taking part in activities at West Wight Sports and Community Centre means you will be at the heart of the vibrant West Wight community.
Our adult fitness programme features nearly 50 classes a week for all abilities. Sessions include Indoor Cycling, Functional Fitness and Boxfit, and even a pet friendly walking group!!
