Our Rookie Lifeguard courses are restarting!
Commencing a 6 week course, Monday 19th February until Monday 25th March at 6pm until 7pm and will cost £52 for the whole course. This course is designed to teach self- rescue and casualty rescue techniques such as towing, safely entering the water and more. Children will learn CPR along with basic first aid with all the work covered going towards a full RLSS Lifeguard qualification.
There are Bronze, Silver and Gold stage awards available to complete with different skills learnt at each level.
Children participating must be able to swim at least 50 metres and tread water. Please bring along an old t-shirt to wear over your swimwear in the water.
