We’re thrilled to share that West Wight Sports and Community Centre has been chosen as one of Tesco’s current Stronger Starts applicants at the Freshwater store!
We’re asking for your help – every time you shop at Tesco Freshwater, please pick up a blue token at the checkout and drop it in the voting box for West Wight Sports and Community Centre.
Your vote could help us win up to £1,500 for our Holiday Sports for All project. This funding would support free or low-cost holiday places for local children, giving them the chance to take part in swim safety sessions and a wide range of sports activities – even if cost would usually be a barrier.
The Tesco Stronger Starts scheme helps children get a stronger start in life by supporting local schools and community groups with funding for healthy food, active play, and learning. With your help, we can continue to make a real difference for families in our community.
