Designed to keep you safe and healthy throughout pregnancy.

We have a Pregnancy Exercise Course starting on Wednesday 23rd October, 19.30-20.30. The course will run every Wednesday for 8 weeks (final session 11th December) and costs £60.

This class is suitable throughout your 2nd and 3rd trimester – 13-40 weeks. All fitness levels welcome.

Our expert antenatal instructor, Anna, will take you through safe and effective exercises that will help improve your wellbeing, build strength and improve post-birth recovery.

“The more active and fit you are during pregnancy, the easier it will be for you to adapt to your changing shape and weight gain. It will also help you to cope with labour. Keep up your normal daily physical activity or exercise (sport, running, yoga, dancing, or even walking to the shops and back) for as long as you feel comfortable. Exercise is not dangerous for your baby. There is evidence that active women are less likely to experience problems in later pregnancy and labour.” Exercise in pregnancy – NHS (www.nhs.uk)
