Mum and Baby exercise class
Monday 6th October at 1pm, £7.90
A gentle, specialised fitness class designed to support recovery after pregnancy. Focus on low-intensity, core-based movements to strengthen the pelvic floor, lower, and upper body.
Suitable from 12 weeks post-partum and pre-walking babies welcome.
Legs, Bums and Tums
Wednesday 8th October at 7pm, FREE
Lower body workout focusing on toning the legs and bum, strengthening the core, and boosting overall fitness. Includes a cardio warm-up, followed by weights, mat work, and stretching.
Perfect for improving endurance, strength, and energy levels!
