Becoming a mum is an incredible journey—but it can also leave you feeling a little disconnected from your body. Once you hit the 12-week postpartum mark, many mums are ready to start gentle movement again, rebuild strength, and enjoy some time dedicated to their own wellbeing. That’s exactly why our Mum & Baby Exercise Class was created.

Every Monday at 1pm for 1 hour, only £7.90. You’re welcome to bring your pre-walking baby along.

Anna is a fully qualified instructor who provides a welcoming, supportive session. Whether you had a natural birth or C-section, whether you’re brand new to movement or getting back to your old routine, this class helps you:

  • Strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles
  • Improve posture and mobility
  • Build overall strength and confidence
  • Ease tension in your back, shoulders, and hips
  • Connect with your baby in a calm, friendly environment
  • Meet other local mums on the same journey
