We will be hosting the PEACH Games on Monday 27th June, which will see up to 500 primary school children participating in sport and physical activity. This will mean the Centre and the car park will be busier than normal during the hours of 9.00 and 15.00, though the events will be contained to certain areas. The majority of our programme will run as normal, but there are a few cancellations to classes for this one-off day.
The Games are part of the Partnership Education Attainment and Children’s Health (PEACH) programme, which benefits Island pupils, families and communities; with its ethos designed to provide opportunities for primary school aged children to lead a healthy lifestyle and to participate in sports and physical activities. We’re very proud to be hosting such a fantastic event in the West Wight.
