Fitness Classes

 

We have a wide variety of fitness classes available, that will help you to reach your goals in a fun and supportive community. They’re equally as great to make friends in a fun and social setting. Everyone is welcome – whatever your level of fitness, we have something for the whole community.

Our classes are categorised by type, so it’s easy to find the right class to suit you – low intensity, high intensity, circuits, water-based, and sports-specific.

Gym Opening Hours

 

Monday 8.00-20.30

Tuesday 9.00-20.30

Wednesday 7.00-20.30

Thursday 9.00-20.30

Friday 7.00-13.00 and 15.00-20.30

Saturday 7.00-15.00

Sunday 8.00-15.00

PLEASE NOTE: The free weights area is out of bounds on Mondays 14:00-15:00 on the following dates – 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th November; 1st, 8th December; due to a Workshop taking place. The CV equipment & resistance machines remain in use.
