Saturday mornings –

 

9am – Couch to 5k

 

Join us on this tried and tested, popular programme which is designed for beginners to gradually build up your running ability, so you can run 5k without stopping.  The 9 week ‘Couch to 5k’  programme is led by experienced runner Julie Dixon.  Sessions are FREE and will run every Saturday morning at 9am.

 

Our next sessions will begin: 30th March 

It’s great way to help you train for:

 

  • Isle of Wight Festival of Running
  • Race for life
  • Park Run
  • General health and fitness

 

Please bring/wear appropriate running gear and trainers.
