Couch to 5k
Join us on this tried and tested, very popular programme which is designed for beginners to gradually build up your running ability, so you can run 5k without stopping. The 9 week ‘Couch to 5k’ programme is delivered in partnership with West Wight Community Running Group and is free of charge.

Once you have completed the Couch to 5k, if you feel you need that extra support/motivation to help you achieve a bit more, join us for our 5-10k programme. You will learn how to warm up and stretch to prevent injuries, as well as learning to strengthen. The 9 week ‘5-10k’ programme is delivered in partnership with West Wight Community Running Group.

- Park Run
- General health and fitness
Please bring/wear appropriate running gear and trainers.
