Couch to 5K in partnership with WW Community Running Group

The Couch to 5k is designed for beginners to gradually build up their running ability. The aim is they can run 5k without stopping at the end of the programme.

The programme will commence on Saturday 7th September. It will run for a total of 9 weeks and take place every Saturday. This is a FREE beginners running group run from West Wight Sports and Community Centre lead by volunteer, Sam Grist .

Meet in Moa Café in the Centre at 8.45 on the 7th September to register. Every Saturday after this will meet at 9.00.
