Did you play netball in your younger years, or have you always wanted to give it a go?
Join our weekly netball sessions in West Wight, open to all abilities – from beginners to returning players. It’s a fun, friendly way to get active and meet new people.
The sessions are on Wednesdays at 19:30 starting on 22nd April, only £5 per session.
No booking required – just turn up, practise and play!

Pop-up Classes for swimmers
Are you signed up for a swimming event later in the year and looking to support your training?
We are going to be running weekly pop-up classes designed for swimmers including strengthening, Pilates and stretching. Starting on Wednesday 29th April, these sessions will differ in day and time each week as well as discipline.
