Wednesday 24th September marks National Fitness day 2025. This annual event started in 2011, is run by UKactive with the aim to raise awareness for the importance of being physically active. This year’s tagline is “Powered By You” signifying that you are at the heart of the movement.
National Fitness Day isn’t just about one day of activity, but about taking small, lasting steps toward a healthier, stronger future.
We are proud to be getting involved in this years campaign and offering three FREE classes to both members and non-members.

8am – Functional Fitness with Shannon
A challenging, high-intensity partner workout to improve your strength, mobility and co-ordination through functional movements, includes cardio, bodyweight and weighted exercises.
9:15am – Boxercise with Jack
High-intensity workout using basic punches and combinations to test your fitness, memory and agility.
11:15am – Dancefit with Emily
A feel good exercise class which incorporates many forms of dance, with a variety of tracks that provide a range of intensities.
Bookings can be made by calling 752168, speak to Reception or online if you are registered with a valid e-mail address and have your PIN. Bookings can be made up to 9 days in advance and cancelled online up until 6 hours before. Please try to cancel if you are no longer able to attend to allow anyone on the waiting list an opportunity to participate.
