October Half Term

Looking for something fun to keep the children entertained during the October half term? Why not head to the pool for some swimming, games and plenty of splashy fun!

There are activities suitable for a range of ages and abilities, so whether your child is just starting out in the water or already loves swimming, there’s something to enjoy.

Climbing Sessions

For children aged 7–12 years, climbing sessions are a great way to burn off some energy while developing confidence and coordination. Suitable for all abilities

£16.85 per child
Tuesdays: 2pm & 3pm: Wednesdays: 11am & 12pm and Thursdays: 1pm & 2pm

Casual Swim

Fancy a relaxed family swim? There are regular casual swimming sessions with diving boards available.

Adults: £6.90
Under 20s: £3
Monday–Thursday at 3pm and Saturday & Sunday: 2pm

Fun Hour

For younger children and families, Fun & Floats offers a chance to enjoy the pool with plenty of fun activities.

£4.50 per person
Weekdays at 10am & 11am; Saturday at 11am and Sunday at 10am

Parent & Baby and Tweenies

There are also dedicated sessions for little ones, featuring games, songs, structured activities and lots of fun with a grown-up.

Thursdays – £6.75

9–9:30am: Parent & Baby
9:30–10am: Tweenies

Swimming Lessons

Children can continue building their swimming confidence over the holidays with 30-minute swimming lessons for £25.50, or a block of five lessons for £120.50.

Group swimming lessons will also continue as normal during half term, with 1–2–1 lessons available from 9–10am, Monday to Friday. Speak to Reception for availability.

Whether you're looking for an energetic activity, a relaxed family swim or an opportunity to help your child develop their swimming skills, the October half term is a great time to get active in the water.

Top tip: Check availability and session times before heading out, as spaces and schedules can change during school holidays.
