Join Gail tomorrow morning for our first Online Yoga Class! Tomorrow’s class will be suitable for everyone – if it proves popular we will look to do a range of classes aimed at people with differing levels of Yoga experience. Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
