Your day to day work will mainly be based within the gym where you will be required to undertake gym inductions and refreshers, ensure the gym is always safe and clean and ensure gym users have adequate and appropriate motivational support at all times.
You will be expected to ensure all relevant paper work relating to gym users is up–to date and retained within all legal constraints.
You will line manage the team of fitness and gym instructors
You will report to the Centre Assistant Manager and have regular meetings with both the Assistant and Centre Manager.
