We offer clients a wide range of support and programmes tailored to meet indvidual needs and requirements at all levels. This includes exercise and nutrition programmes for all round improvement in health and fitness as well as programmes designed to facilitate weight loss, strength gains and improve sports performance.

1 to 1 sessions are great for those looking extra support and guidance for our fitness classes such as Yoga and Pilates.
