We are running small group Outdoor Fitness Classes on the playing field at the Centre from the 29th March.
Our Outdoor Classes are run in line with the latest government guidance, with social distancing and strict cleaning and hygiene procedures in place, and limited numbers.
You will need to access the Centre through the main entrance, where you will register for class and be taken to the field by your instructor. You will be able to access toilet facilities should you need them but changing facilities are not available.
The sessions are free of charge to Diamond Plus and Diamond Class members and £5 per class to all others.
Sessions are running Monday-Friday, with a variety of sessions on offer including Bootcamp, Circuits, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Gentle Circuits.
You must book your place in advance. Sessions can be booked up to 8 days in advance online. If you don’t have your PIN then please call the Centre on 752168 between 9.30 and 12.30 Monday-Friday.
