Our online fitness class schedule for the week commencing 29th March 2021 can be seen below. Next week is a shorter week as there are no classes scheduled for the Easter weekend (2nd-5th April inclusive). This will allow the instructors who have been working throughout lock down to have a break before we re-open.
Online Classes are included in our Diamond Plus and Diamond Class memberships, and are available to others at a small fee (£5-£7 – dependent on class). If you have a Diamond Gym membership and would like to try the classes, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or ring us and we’ll give you access.
Classes must be booked online and can be booked up to 3 days in advance. You will receive an email confirmation with information on how to access your class. Non-members will need to be registered in order to book online with us – please call 752168 Monday-Friday between 9.30 & 12.30 to do this. We will then provide you with your PIN for our online booking system.

Home Workout Sheets and Recorded Classes
If you can’t join us on-screen for online classes, we have Home Workout sheets to guide you through an independent workout in your home or garden, without equipment.
The Home Workouts include Full Body Circuits, Core, Tabata, Seated Exercise and Gentle Circuits.
For those who can’t make our live online classes, but are missing your Yoga, Pilates or Stretch fix, we have a collection of recorded classes, which can be sent to you, to follow in your own time at home.
