Our online fitness class schedule for the week commencing 1st March 2021 can be seen below.

Our Thursday Stability Ball Pilates class has taken off well so this session will continue to focus on stability ball exercises. The stability ball provides additional challenge (and fun) to your workout. When your body is forced to work to stay stabilised on the ball, you trigger both your core muscles and your stabiliser muscles, helping to improve muscle strength and endurance. They’re great for improving balance as you engage the subtle muscles of the core. Stability balls are very reasonably priced online, if you’d like to give this class a go but don’t have a ball at home.

Our new ‘The Pelvic Floor & Pilates’ class is moving into its final week with the last session on Thursday 4th March, 14.30-15.15. This new class incorporates Hypopressives – a breathing technique aiming to improve pelvic floor dysfunction, and core and postural strength.

Our programme continues to be reviewed weekly so please keep an eye on our website for future weeks schedules, and please feel free to email us at if there is a class you’d like to see in the schedule and we’ll see what we can do.

Our online workouts allow you to continue with your classes and maintain your fitness. Participation in regular physical activity can improve both your physical and mental health, and the social interaction, albeit it on screen, is vital when we are more confined to our homes.

Online Classes are included in our Diamond Plus and Diamond Class memberships, and are available to others at a small fee (£5-£7 – dependent on class). If you have a Diamond Gym membership and would like to try the classes, please email or ring us and we’ll give you access.

Classes must be booked online and can be booked up to 3 days in advance. You will receive an email confirmation with information on how to access your class. Non-members will need to be registered in order to book online with us – please call 752168 Monday-Friday between 9.30 & 12.30 to do this. We will then provide you with your PIN for our online booking system.

If you have any questions about any of our classes or want to know more about what each class involves, please do not hesitate to contact us at and we can organise a call with you to explain more. If you need assistance in setting up Zoom to access the classes, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Home Workout Sheets and Recorded Classes

If you can’t join us on-screen for online classes, we have Home Workout sheets to guide you through an independent workout in your home or garden, without equipment.
The Home Workouts include Full Body Circuits, Core, Tabata, Seated Exercise and Gentle Circuits.

For those who can’t make our live online classes, but are missing your Yoga, Pilates or Stretch fix, we have a collection of recorded classes, which can be sent to you, to follow in your own time at home.

Home Workout sheets and Recorded Classes are free to members – just e-mail Shannon at and let her know what class type you want to try.
