We are launching a new class next week – The Pelvic Floor & Pilates – which will run every Thursday 14.30-15.15, for 4-weeks.

This new class will incorporate Hypopressives – a breathing technique aiming to improve pelvic floor dysfunction, and core and postural strength.

They re-programme the core muscles, which are vital to managing pressure both consciously and subconsciously, and they increase their resting tone and involuntary function. Following an introductory first class on Thursday 11th February, the class will progress over the remaining three classes so we recommend you join us for the full course if you can.

The Pelvic Floor & Pilates class is included in our Diamond Plus and Diamond Class memberships, and is available to non-members at £6 per class.

The class must be booked advanced online and can be booked up to 6 days in advance. You will receive an email confirmation with information on how to access your class. Non-members will need to be registered in order to book online with us – please call 752168 Monday-Friday between 9.30 & 12.30 to do this. We will then provide you with your PIN for our online booking system.
