Starting on Tuesday 21st January, ‘Kick Out the Calories’ is a football league for adults who want to be more active, more often. Our aim is to support every player to help you get fitter, lose weight and enjoy the beautiful game. The ‘Kick Out the Calories’ League will be decided not just on points won, but pounds lost!

Football offers a multitude of health benefits including reducing the risk of chronic diseases, and is fantastic for both physical and mental well-being. Best of all, it’s social and fun!

You can join on your own, join with friends or family, or even create your own 5-a-side team to enter.
