Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics is a great way to mix up a traditional workout with the benefits of water. It gives you a good cardiovascular workout whilst also strengthening and toning your muscles. The support of the water greatly reduces the risk of muscle and joint injuries, whilst improving your flexibility. As well as being a great workout, it’s a fantastic stress reliever too!

Monday 12.00-13.00 | AQUA AEROBICS – SHALLOW WATER | Shallow/Transitional water class. A workout using hand-buoys and woggles for resistance. |
Monday 20.00-21.00 | AQUA AEROBICS – DEEP WATER | Deep water class which will challenge your balance and core stability using buoyant belts or ankle cuffs. |
Wednesday 11.00-12.00 (Term time) |

Thursday 12.00-13.00 | AQUA AEROBICS – SHALLOW WATER | Shallow/Transitional water class. A workout using hand-buoys and woggles for resistance. |
Friday 12.00-13.00 | AQUA AEROBICS – SHALLOW WATER | Shallow/Transitional class using woggles and hand-buoys, for a resistance & aerobic workout. |
