  • Suitable for those new to triathlons or those wanting to improve their technique
  • Achieve your goals with the support of one of our fitness team
  • Practice each discipline on a rolling 4 week programme – Week 1 Swim, Week 2 Cycle, Week 3 Run, Week 4 Mini Tri
  • Attend sessions as you wish, or contact the Centre to find out which discipline we are working on each week
