Free GOLD membership: Included in the 12 week programme is a Gold membership for the Centre – giving you access to all the Centre’s fitness classes, swimming pools, gym and sports hall for the period of the course. Julie and Alison will work out a programme that allows you to take best advantage of the Centre’s facilities and they will monitor your progress throughout the course.
One to one screenings: Before starting the programme participants will be invited to a one to one screening with Alison or Julie where vital health data will be measured and then monitored over the 12 weeks. As well as the cookery sessions each week, other speakers will be introduced during the course, all with advice on how you can improve your lifestyle
Fun, fitness and food: Julie said “Fitness should be fun and we plan to provide a programme that combines the fun with fitness, food and information so that you can move towards a healthier lifestyle feeling fabulous about yourself”
