
COMMUNITY SUPPORT IN FRESHWATER, YARMOUTH, TOTLAND, SHALFLEET, THORLEY AND WELLOW
Our communities have come together during the pandemic to offer support to one another. We can help those who are isolated or experiencing difficulties with:
PRESCRIPTION DELIVERIES
We offer help with medication deliveries on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our volunteers deliver from 12:30pm. Please give 24 hours notice where possible.
PHONE SUPPORT
Our volunteers can provide a listening ear and to offer reassurance during this difficult time. They can also put you in touch with local services including Adam our Community Connector or Mel from Just Ask West Wight who can offer more intensive support.
HOT MEAL DELIVERY
Available to all. Meals cost just £6 each and the menu can be found on the West Wight Sports and Community Centre website, social media or by calling the Hub. Order 24 hours in advance. Deliveries are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Meals delivered from 12:30pm. The latest menu can be found here.

FREE HOT LUNCH COLLECTION – TUESDAYS
We know feeding your family can be a struggle. During the pandemic, it may feel almost impossible.
Collect a FREE, freshly cooked hot lunch for each member of your household Tuesdays 12.30 to 1pm here at West Wight Sports and Community Centre (no questions asked) The latest meal is listed below:
Did you know, we can also help with: foodbank vouchers, emergency grocery vouchers and emergency utility bill support?
