For those wanting unlimited use of the pools, paying for Bronze membership by direct debit offers the best value, at just £19.30/month for a single membership or £11.80 for a child membership (4-19 years).

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your membership we will refund in full within 14 days of purchase.

Are all of the classes listed on the site included in gold and silver memberships?
Can I start in the gym immediately after signing up?

No, you have to complete an induction before you can use the gym facilities. Please contact us to arrange a time

If my child or other family member has a membership am I entitled to a car park permit?

No – car park permits are not transferable and only valid if used by the member.

How long does my car park permit remain valid?

As long as your membership is valid. But all permits expire after one year. It is your responsibility to renew. You are advised to check the date on your permit

If we join as a silver couple can one of us take a gym and swim membership and the other take a classes and swim membership?

Yes – just make it clear when you sign up
