We have launched our new “Lifting Workshops” – speciality small group training workshops, which provide you with the tools and confidence to weight train.

Strength training is a great way to get fit, lean and lose weight. Our “Lifting Workshops” will educate you in how to weight train properly and safely, with the upcoming workshops focusing on the Sumo Deadlift, the Overhead Strict Press and the Pull-Up.
