Fitness is what we are about at the West Wight Sports and Community Centre, and we have something for every age, and every level from budding national sportsmen and women to gentle exercises for the immobile, and of course we have everything in between!
Being fit means much more than just physical exercise – we have activities and classes that will improve your mental, social, and emotional health and taking part in activities at West Wight Sports and Community Centre means you will be at the heart of the vibrant West Wight community.
Our adult fitness programme features 50 classes a week for all abilities. Sessions include Indoor Cycling, Barre, Functional Fitness and Boxercise, and even a pet friendly walking group!! Full details of all the classes is in our programme below.
